Baked dishes - modified for indian taste

    Hi everyone,

I think its time someone started a thread on baked indian dishes..i know a lot of us use the oven to make indian dishes or modified versions of dishes from other cuisine. For eg., here's the recipe for a burrito posted on bawarchi .com which i've tried many times -

    http://food.sify.com/recipe.php?id=1...6&cid=13292968

The traditional recipe is modified to suit indian taste. Hope everbody contributes more such recipes.

    Thanks.
