    another salad I had recently and loved...

    cauliflower, brocolli, soaked & boiled chick peas, orange, feta cheese & a small bit of olive oil.

    My arab/paki colleagues call chickpeas as "dengu". They soak chickpeas/channa in salted water, drain it and have it like salad with their lunch. I am not sure if there is any other process to it but it tastes quite nice.
