I badly want to visit HALLIMANE... not got an opportunity yet.

EAT OUT is in malleshwaram OPPOSITE to MES college...typical hangout for the surronding school and college students

Khoshys's is in MG ROAD...

Bangalore:

MTR-original: The one near the main entrance of Lalbagh (Lalbagh rd). It is going to be a totally different experience. You may have to wait for hours with your tokens But, if you want to experience the real taste of traditional Kannadiga food, go for it once.

Cool joint (I think it is already mentioned, it is in Jayanagar 4th blk, near the bus station) is good. Will be crowded on weekends and evenings. Their hot soups and grilled sandwiches are cool

SC : ya i forgot to mention MTR (Mysore Tiffin Room ?), bcos hadnt been there recently . When i had been there, i noticed the higenic way food was prepared. dunno whether its the same now

MTR is Mavalli Tiffin Room, I think. Yeah, it is hygienic (was so 3 yrs back - at least ). The one which I mentioned is the original one, started decades back. The building, the environment, the wait time and the method of service will take us to the old times. Have been to their new outlet near Banashankari also, where the main speciality is their branded icecreams plus an array of sweets.
