My Entrepreneurship Project on Mcmutton(I need help)

Hi everybody. I need all of your help for a project I have assigned to do at school. Entreprenurs out there, give me suggestions.

This is some thing called Mcmutton. I am sure all of you have seen Mcdonalds. This is just another version but it is made of mutton and is mutton burger.

My group's task is to come up with a marketing strategy for this product. We are supposed to conduct surveys and interviews. Then, we are also supposed to make SWOT and PEST analysis. We also have to think of methods mto advertise our new product.

So please...give me some suggestion...

I don't know..in Singapore..especially good schools, they teach these things. They also teach us some other things like Boston Matrix and Market Turnover.

I need ideas for this project. I need examples of promotions

a marketing strategy is what we need.

I need slogans and logos. My group has come with a mascot called Oliver the lamb.

I need ideas on mutton burger making recipes. Any cooks out there can help me. I need to find out what people like. I need to find out what ingredients are needed for this product. I need to write a 5000- word report on advertising strategy.
