Jarakush and Baobeer - Awadh/Lucknow Cuisine

    Hello,

I came across a post on the web about a recipe for "Lazzat-e-Taam" (from Awadh/Lucknow Cuisine) which apparently needs some 25 spices to prepare and a couple of them were Jarakush and Baobeer.

Does anyone know anything about these? Just curious to know what these are. Any info is greatly appreciated.

    Thanks.

lazzat-e-taam: I've heard about this masala - It's a powder used in kababs to increase the taste and flavor. No idea what goes into it though.
