You can try this recipe, very tasty...but must eat is when it is still hot.

1 medium chicken - cut it to small pieces
4 big onion (cut it in big squares)
10 pieces of dried chili - cut it to small pieces - (an inch a piece)
    4 cm ginger
5 pieces of garlic (peel skin and grind together with ginger - very fine)
    1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
2 tablespoon Soya sauce (thick black sauce)
    1 teaspoon sugar
    1/2 cup of plain water
    Salt to taste

Unskin the chicken and marinate the chicken with the grind ginger, garlic and salt for 10 minutes and fry it (half cook) take it out. Add dried chili into the same oil and fry it for a minute and take it out.

Reduce oil to 2 tablespoon (you can add more oil) and fry onion 5 minutes add Soya sauce, oyster sauce and of water and salt to taste. Let the sauce for 5 minutes add fried dried chili, sugar and add the fried chicken into the sauce and let the chicken nicely blend with the sauce and take it out once it is dry.

    Eat it hot with rice.

    (A Malaysian-Indian-Muslim Recipe)

    You need

    Fresh yellow noodles, blanched
    Bean sprouts (taugeh), blanced
    Soya cakes (tofu/tauhu/taukwa) deep fried
Potato, bolied with salt and chilly powder
    Boiled egg (optional)
2 kinds of kuih (do you need recipe?) (Optional)
    Green chilly, sliced
    Lime
    Deep fried sliced onion
Lettuce, cut in strips (salad leaves)

    Gravy - You Need

    Sweet potatoes
    Tomatoes
    Dried Chilly (remove seeds)
    Lime juice
    Salt to taste

    To Prepare Gravy

Boil all ingredients, except lime juice & salt and when soft, grind, using a blender. Add water if neccessary. Resulting gravy should be thick.

    ROTFL!

    Kuih is Malay for ????

OK, you need to add two deep fried items: One is flour, onions, bean sprouts, beancake, kuchai leaves combination; the other is flour, coconut, chilly powder combination. They are fried and then sliced and served.

    But these items are optional.
