kanaka shaila is by Shyama Sastri

There is a 'saraNam ayyappa' by Papanasam Sivan in Mukari. It is quite possible the singer changed the raga. There are other songs starting with same words.

NaaraayaNa is by Papanasam Sivan in shyama.

The song by by Bombay Jayashree is nArAyaNa naLinAyada lOcana and it is by Papanasham Shivan.

paripUraNamAi in sunAdavinOdini is by N.S.Chidambaram
Karunai deivamE in sindhubhairavi is by Madurai T.Srinivasan
kanakashaila is in punnAgavarALi by Shyama Shastri
sharaNam ayyappA is in mukhAri by Papanasham Shivan but this is not the song that MSS sings. I will check.

What is the raga in which "Gajavadana Beduve"(purandaradasa) is sung?
IS it dhanyasi or hamsadhwani?
Maharajapuram Santhnam has sung it here and music indiaonline puts it as hamsadhwani

bAla kanakamaya is in aThANA and is a composition of Tyagaraja.
gajavadana bEDuve is generally sung in hamsadhvani but others have rendered it in dhanyAsi, kEdAra, mAyAmALavagauLa etc.
nIrajadaLa nayana is by Mammargudi Sambashiva Iyer.
