Actress Chaya Singh marries TV actor Krishna
Well-known actress Chaya singh got married to TV actor Krishna recently. The actress, who has acted in more than 25 films across six different languages including Tamil, Malayalam and Telugu, fell in love with actor Krishna, who worked with her in Ananthapurathu Veedu, produced by director Shankar.
He has also played supporting roles in Eeram, Azhaghiya Asura and Idhaya Thirudan but shot to fame by acting in TV serials, most notably veteran director K Balachander's Sahana, and director Naga's suspense thriller Chidambara Raghasiyum.
Chaya Singh, who debuted in Tamil with the Dhanush-starrer Thiruda Thirudi (remember the chartbuster Manmadha Raasa?), has also acted in films like Vallamai Thaarayo, Vijay's Thirupachi and Vikram's Arul.
The marriage was held with the blessings of both their parents — Gopal Singh and Chamanlata (Chaya's parents) and Raghunandan and Nalini (parents of Krishna).

Simbu signs on Rahman
The news is not yet official but it's said that AR Rahman has agreed to score the music for Simbu's film. Manmadhan Part 2 has been scripted by the actor himself and is a sequel to his hit film, Manmadhan.
It was for Simbu's Vinnaithandi Varuvaya that ARR had scored the music earlier and, in fact, the music still continues to be a rage. A source close to the development reveals to us, "Simbu
has had an initial meeting with Rahman and is all set to work with him. They will be meeting again to finalise other aspects."
If the two come together for this project, it will be new pairing in Kollywood as the collaboration for Simbu is more than just acting. For Manmadhan Part 2, Simbu will also apparently be writing the lyrics as well producing and directing the film. And he is all set to reprise a double role. Manmadhan, released in 2004, starred Simbu in a double role and was a romantic thriller. The actor also directed that film.
When we contacted Simbu, he refused to comment on the news.

கோலிவுட்டில் ஒரு செய்திதான் படு ஹாட்டாக ஓடிக் கொண்டிருக்கிறது. இது வதந்தியாகத்தான் இப்போது பரபரப்பாகிக் கிடக்கிறது என்றாலும் உண்மையானதாகவும் கூறப்படுகிறது.
நல்ல கருப்பு நிறமுடைய உயரமான நடிகர் அவர். தற்போதைய இளம் ஹீரோக்களில் நல்ல டிமாண்ட் உடையவர். அதிரடி படங்களிலும், அட்டகாசமான கெட்டப் சேஞ்சிலுமாக கலக்கியவர். முத்திரை இயக்குநரின் 'டபுள் ஹீரோ' படத்தில் வித்தியாசமான 'கெட்டப்பில்' கலக்கலாக நடித்தவர்.
இவருக்கும், முக்கியமான சீனியர் நடிகரின் முதல் மனைவியின் மகளுக்கும் இடையே காதல் பற்றிக் கொண்டிருக்கிறதாம். இதுதான் கோலிவுட்டில் இப்போது படு ஹாட்டாக பேசப்படுகிறது.
இந்த செய்தியால் அந்த சீனியர் நடிகர் படு கோபமாக இருக்கிறாராம். அவரே ஒரு 'பஞ்சாயத்து'ப் பேசும் நடிகர், அவரது வீட்டுக்கே பஞ்சாயத்து வந்து விட்டதே என்று சீனியர் நடிகரின் சுற்றத்தார் டென்ஷனாகிக் கிடக்கிறார்களாம்.
இளம் நடிகரைப் பாய்ந்து கடித்துக் குதறி விடுவது என்று கோபத்தில் கொந்தளித்த நடிகரை, அவரது 2வது மனைவிதான் தடுத்து நிறுத்தி அமைதிப்படுத்தி வைத்துள்ளாராம்.
மகளையும் கண்டிக்க முடியாமல், அந்த நடிகரையும் கண்டிக்க முடியாமல் தத்தளித்துக் கொண்டிருக்கும் சீனியர் நடிகர், விவகாரத்தை மிகவும் கவனமாக கையாள முயற்சித்து வருவதாக கூறுகிறார்கள்.
ஏற்கனவே இந்த இளம் நடிகரின் குடும்பத்தார் மீது படத் தயாரிப்பு தொடர்பாக சீனியர் நடிகரின் 2வது மனைவி பஞ்சாயத்துக் கிளப்பியிருந்தார் என்பது நினைவிருக்கலாம். எனவே, இளம் நடிகர், சீனியர் நடிகரின் மகளுடன் நட்பு பாராட்டுவது பழி வாங்கும் படலமா என்ற சந்தேகப் பார்வையும் கோலிவுட்டில் எழுந்துள்ளதாம்.
ஆனால் இதைப் பற்றி இளம் நடிகர் கவலையேபடவில்லையாம். அதேபோல சீனியர் நடிகரின் மகளும் கவலைப்படவில்லையாம். இருவரும் சேர்ந்து இப்போது ஒரு படத்தில் நடிக்கப் போகிறார்கள் என்பதுதான் இந்த செய்தியின் ஹைலைட்டாகும்.

Suriya Gets A7 sportback luxury car
The car manufacturing company, Audi, has gifted the A7 Sportback luxury car to Suriya. So far, the car manufacturing companies have been gifting cars to Bollywood actors to up their market but this is the first time a south Indian actor is being showered with the honour.
The Rs. 80-lakh worth car has all the luxury fittings that one desires of and Suriya is lucky enough to get it as a gift.
The additional buzz is that Suriya has handed over his Audi Q7 SUV to his brother Karthi on the arrival of the new car.

After producing blockbusters like Goutham Menon’s Vinnai Thaandi Varuvaya starring STR, Ko featuring Jiiva and helmed by K V Anand, Muppozhudhum Un Karpanaigal with Atharva as hero and directed by Elred Kumar and busy producing Neethanae En Ponvasantham that brings together Jiiva and director Goutham Menon, the famed production house RS Infotainments is all set to start their next, a big-budgeted venture.
The movie marks the foray of ace cinematographer Ravi K Chandran ISC as a director. He is a multiple Award winning cinematographer and the most sort after cinematographer in Bollywood for a while. He is now all set to direct the film that will feature Jiiva in the lead role.
Ravi K Chandran worked with leading Indian filmmakers like karan Johar, Adithya Chopra, Farhan Akthar, Sanjay Leela Banshali, Manirathnam, Priyadarshan, Shankar, Rajiv Menon, and Murugadoss..
Having made his mark with Malayalam films beginning in 1990s, he shot to fame in the national level with films like virasat, Dil Chatha hai, Koi Mil Gaya, Yuva, Black, Paheli, Saawariya, Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi, Ghajini, My Name Is Khan, Anjaana Anjaani.
And in tamil Aayitha Ezhuthu, Minsaara Kanavu, Kandukondain Kandukondain, Kannathil Muthamittal, and boys. His last releases include Agneepath and 7aam arivu.
His Tamil directorial venture to be produced by R S.Infotainment, has Oscar winner Resul Pookutty donning the mantle of sound Engineer. Multiple national winners like production designer Sabu Cyril and Editor Sreekar Prasad are working on this film.
A tri-lingual film ( to be made in Tamil, Telugu and Hindi), search is on for the rest of the technicians including heroine and other stars.
