    HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I know I am not allowed to open separate threads for separate food products, but pls pardon me, moderators.
Whenever I put a question in the SOS thread, it takes a really long time before someone sees & answers it. I need the answer to this question immediately.

Hence this thread. Pls pardon me once again.

    Ok the question is:

I had bought some Paneer ( I could not find Amul) a week ago & put it in the fridge. But when I took it out today, it has got some yellowish spots on it . Has it ruined completely? Or can I use it after cutting off the yellow spots?

    Please help! I'm starving!

But why can't Paneer survive in the fridge? Is it because its a local made one? I'm sure Amul Paneer lasts longer.

Anyway, thankyou so much for replying,Madam.

Wrap paneer in blotting paper while storing in the refrigerator. It will stay fresh for many days. When you buy paneer buy freshly made paneer.

    Thanks again! I'll remember that!

I stored it in the fridge not the freezer. Freezer is better I think. Tough life for a bachelor. A lady in the hse would see to all this . Sigh! I'll have to wait until April for that. Sigh again.
    gtg now!
