About short stories of Shashi Despande

I'm writing about her short stories which challenge the readers in contentiousness.Most of the stories, writing "in first person"she has proved to make her book palatable for readers with literary inclinations.Her stories relating to question of identities are very much candid in expression.I like to read her essays also.
