Deep fried foods that can be made in convetional oven
Hi,
My husband has chlosetrol and i would like to know if deep fried foods like samosa, bajji, vadai, gobi65 can be made possible using convetional oven.
Please let me know,

you can bake murukku in an oven . i tried it once it tasted just like the deep fried murukku but without oil! just pressed the murukku dough on a silicone baking tray & baked it in an microwave oven. but keep an eye on the murukku when it is baking in the microwave oven so as not to burn it!

WOW!!! You might want to look for low-fat Indian recipes because that recipe contains 9 TBspoons ghee. It seems to me that even if it is baked in the oven, it will still be prohibitive to someone with high levels of cholesterol.
