Yeah, Fiats are notorious for their terrible reliabilty. If she has the money, i think she should go for a lexus IS or a BMW 3 series. They both very strong cars, they have great quality and reliability and they are fun to drive. The Scorpio and Safari are also very good, they are comfortable and inexpensive, but i don't know much about hteir quality or driving feel because i have only sat in them a couple of times. When i was in India, i noticed that Korean cars, like Hyundai and Kia, seemed to be very popular. She might want to look at those as well because they are very cheap and appear to be reliable.
