The movie really hit me in the last scene, when Murli says to Meena, that she was attractive, so many guys would come to marry her, but the woman that he wants to marry is handicapped, and she doesn't have the oppertunities, and they show the girl limping to her seat. That was a very well done scene. I've seen all of Ceran's movies after that.
Another good one is "Padavar Bhoomi" also by Ceran. have you seen it?

I was watching Mallu Veeti Minor yesterday and caught the phrase: 'a girl should have atchham...something...something...something.'
Though, I have heard it in a number of movies, but had not the opportunity to know what it means (except for actcham).
Anyone care to explain....thanks!

acham : Feminine Fear (for the society)
madam : Feminine Ignorance (in company of Elders)
NANam : Feminine Shyness (in company of Men)
payirpu : Faithfulness or Chaste (for the beloved)
I think these are the real meanings.
A pizza with the radius "z" and thickness "a" has the volume pi*z*z*a.

The girl's father is Rajkiran, and the Guy's father is biologically, and in the movie, Vijayakumar.
