Ok, Muli ke paranthe, don't use any water for dough. Jus use mooli . My mom shallow fries moolis and then uses for stuffin.

THanks so much , i guess i should have been smart enough to figure that out . I was all the time trying to stuff the uncooked mooli & it was a real mess !I'm sure it will work out now. i'm all too excited to prepare them
