my sister is wearing specs. can anyone tell me how to reduce the power.

Hi Gayathri,
When my brother was in India he went to Aravind ashram in pondicherry where they taught him a few eye exercises to reduce his power and it works too..If ur sis is there in India ask her to check it out..Its defintely worth the try..

Why would you want to reduce the power of eyeglasses???Why not get the right kind in the first place

Yeah the exercises helped reduce the power for my brother..He used to do it for 30 mins..I don't know how for how long but he did everything faithfully..

If you are in chennai or bangalore please visit Dr.Agarwal eye hospital and get to know the exact problem. my sister was wearing spex for 10 years. she had head ache, most of the doctors advised to wear spex. she can read well without wearing glasses but she suffered a lot. her problem is pain in eyes and head. Atlast she got solution from Dr.Sunitha Agarwals (Bangalore) . Her problem is insufficient water in eyes. They provided Dry eyes treatment. For the past two years she is not wearing spex and not facing any problem in her eyes.
