Put some decorations and lights up to cheer up a bit. What else is there? Clothing? We always buy whenever we feel like it. So clothes shopping. Food? Will prepare a day or two prior. That’s about it for now. Are you doing anything for holidays?

I think this season has the worst contestants.... am not emotionally attached to anyone
All of them are screaming, and useless
Perhaps worse than Season 2

I don’t the habit of making sweets and savories for holidays. I usually fix good breakfast and dinner. That’s all!

I didn’t watch any of the seasons except first and this! The show caught my attention because of Pandamic!

You are right - not like the olden days, when we look forward to buying and sewing new clothes
But in any case, for Deepavali, everyone buys new clothes for wearing after the obligatory oil bath

Palagaram is also the same... those days we can only see adhirasam or murukku once a year - now it's sold throughout the year

Having said that, eating thosai/idli on Deepavali morning is a completely different feeling - I don't know why
