MM: 1 small sweet paniyaram, 1 tbsp peanuts
Lunch: MS rice, spinach, rasam, beans, curd
Eve: tea, 1 slice ww bread
Dinner: 2 chapathis, dhal, cucumber,watermelon.

I am very shocked to see everone posting what they have eaten,, but none has posted about any excercises they have done, or will do

PS, as I said earlier, I gor for a 1/2 hr-45 mins walk after dinner... other than that I do some yoga but it's not reular... maybe twice a week...tht's all abt my exercise...
