Neat horror movie with haunting music and chilling sound-effects.

Barring a couple of actors, the rest are all new faces and they have done reasonably well.

Climax was superb, except I was half-expecting it.

boss, kodumai......... neenga kandippa Pizza, Demonte colony lam paarthurupeenga........ but still if you liked Kalam, enna solrathu....... Pizza la irunthu story plot, set up lam konjam uruvi, demonte colony padathula vara ideas ah ( & few from aranmanai-2) konjam naduvula alli thelichu oru yawn inducing movie ah koduthirukkanga..... and the frightening aspects lam pala padathula paartha athe bittu than........ the scenes involving the land grabbing guy spending a night in the house was very lengthy and did not invoke any thrill....... and climax... idea lam good than........ but execution was plain bad...... movies like ananthapurathu veedu was much better..... konjam unga review ah reconsider pannunga

I'll just enjoy the present. It was an entertaining movie on its own.

on its own nu paartha kooda screenplay sariyilla, may be the only reason that you felt that you liked the film is for its visuals which were good and for the climax twist (though athai sonna vithathula, it diluted the whole thing)

It's a intriguing murder mystery. A little amateurish.... and could have been a little more gripping.

Sri Divya is so good beside GV Prakash who is still struggling to act naturally. This was his first film incidentally.

The antagonist is Riyaz Khan/Uma's son and creates a better impression than the hero.

Overall satisfying, if you keep your expectations low.

signs when a director is struggling to fill 2 hours with meaningful scenes:

scene in ko2: bobby simha kindaps the cm and demands 1000 Rs to release him - now this is how the director unfolds the scene

bobby (to police): i need 1000 rs to release the cm
police contacts senior police: sir, avan 1000 rs kodutha cm release panrendu solran sir
senior police contacts minister: sir, avan 1000 rs kodutha cm release panrendu solran sir
minister: ennaya solre
senior police: aama sir, avan 1000 rs kodutha cm release panrendu solran sir
minister: unmayava solre, 1000 rs kodutha cm release panrennu solranaaa?

next scene involves a tv news channel

tv news reader: vanakkam, mudhalvarai kadathiyan 1000 rs koduthaal avarai viduthalai seyvathaga therivithu ullar.

........... and goes on and on....
