Came across a sweeping statement made by a newbie hubber(??) in another thread accusing all actors except one not caring about the fan fights in the social media and they thrive on these fights to stay in lime light. Since that statement was backed up by solid evidences which that particular hubber is known for, I think it is my duty to counter it with mine.
Even during the recent twitter chat after Kaththi 100 crores, Vijay requested his fans to stop these fights and concentrate on social issues. Last year, the fan clubs received a note from the man himself to stop such activities. This was after the Lingusamy trolls in net space.
P.S: Vijay himself was a target during the twitter chat with his fans. One lowlife ended up in jail for posting filth and was later released on the request of Vijay. Not sure whose fan that guy was but no actor actually condemned this act.

Last night (July 5), Ilayathalapathy Vijay's big summer blockbuster in 2004, Ghilli, was screened on TV in a prime time evening slot for the umpteenth time. The film was again lapped up big time by the family audiences at home and was quickly on an unplanned trending phenomenon (#Ghilli) in Twitter. The TRP ought to have been high for this screening of Ghilli. For an evening just to unwind and relax before the start of the hectic working week, Ghilli is an ideal option indeed!
Fans were rejoicing the many mass moments of Ilayathalapathy in the movie, the awesome songs tuned by Vidyasagar, the chuckle-some comedy scenes and the roaring action sequences.
Consequently there were many comments and MEMES generated by social media fans that movies like Baasha, Padayappa, Ghilli, Chandramukhi to name a few are evergreen favorites on TV thanks to their family friendly nature and the presence of the stars in question. Kudos to the filmmakers behind these memorable films for entertaining us to date!

We all know which actor's fans come in Fake accounts and initiate fights! We all know which actor's fans abuse a star on twitter during chat!
We all know which actor's fans are behind the illegal works happening in online like 'photoshopping posters' as if done by Vijay fans and spreading it!
We all know which actor also said FAN FIGHTS are healthy.
We all know which actor's fans have paid critics to hide the real verdict of his idol's films and also sponsored posts in Anti Vijay pages to pull down Vijay!
AND WE ALL F*****G know which actor's fans trended NEGATIVE HASHTAGS for continuously 3 days during Vijay's birthday on Twitter!

Vijay Gets Record Remuneration to Become Second Highest Paid actor in Tamil after Rajinikanth?
Ilayathalapathy Vijay has created a record for himself in terms of remuneration. He has received his highest ever pay cheque from producer Kalaipuli S Dhanu for his forthcoming movie.
Rumours are rife that Kalaipuli S Dhanu shelled out ₹30 crore (Excluding tax) for Vijay to star in his 59th movie as the hero. This is the highest ever remuneration paid to him.
It is now being said that Vijay is next only to Rajinikanth to have got ₹30 crore or more as remuneration to star in a movie. His contemporaries are still getting somewhere between ₹15 to ₹22 crore, says the buzz.
The industry raises the remuneration of actors based on their success rates and the first point considered is return on investment. If a star continues to deliver back-to-back hits, his salary sees a raise and if he is part of flops films, it is obvious that his remuneration sees a plunge.
The reach of the actor also plays an important role in fixing his remuneration. Vijay has a huge market in Tamil and Malayalam cinema. Similarly, Suriya enjoys a good market in Tamil and Telugu. It means they both have equal reach and based on this factor paychecks are decided by the producers.
Coming back to Vijay's project with Kalaipuli S Dhanu, the movie is presently called "Vijay 59". It is directed by Atlee Kumar and has Samantha and Amy Jackson in lead roles. It is a family-oriented action drama, which has legendary filmmaker Mahendran in the role of the antagonist.
Prabhu, Radhikaa Sarathkumar, KS Ravikumar and others are in the cast in the movie, which has GV Prakash Kumar's music, Ruben's editing and George C Williams' cinematography. http://www.ibtimes.co.in/vijay-gets-...nikanth-638648

Awesome. Hope no one is surprised with this result, given this was a fair survey which was open for over a month. It's become so boring now .. He wins all surveys, online or otherwise! Next time, they should exclude him from the list... So that others can also get a chance.
Haters are just confused admirers. Instead of talking about people they claim to admire, they will read, write, know and talk more about people they claim to hate.
