    Dear Rajesh & Sudharsan,
Just happened to visit this thread and was delighted to see so many songs in Kannada brought to limelight by you two. My sincere appreciations. Pls keep going.
There are a few songs in Kannada which are my all time favourites. One among them is from the film Eredu Kanasu (pls check if it is right), the song "Endendu .. naa niralaare" by PBS and S Janaki. One of the best songs in Kannada. Another one is from the film Subamangala, beginning with "subamangala, subamuhurthave". Can you upload the links to these songs.
Another one is the song by Saint Raghavendra, "indu enage govinda" featuring in the film Manthraalaya Mahaatmiyam, wherein Dr. Rajkumar plays Sri Raghavendra.

    Thank you,
    Raghavendran.

Thank you very much Shri Raghavendran. Keep watching this forum and also Indian Classical Music forum (Kannada) for the songs you mentioned.

Here is a song seems to be comedy but making you thoughtful.
The actor appearing on the screen singing
this song is Comedian(hAsyachakravarti) Shri Narasimharaju,
by appearance itself used to bring laugh to the viewers.
Most of the songs of shri Narasimharaju were sung by
    Shri Pithapuram Nageshvara Rao.

    Lyric follows:

    citra: caMdrakumAra (1963)
    gAyana: pIThApuraM nAgEshvara rAv

Here is an interesting song from the film ‘muriyada mane’ by Smt. P Susheela. Though the husband is a limping person (Rajkumar), wife (Jayanthi) is very much happy with his well behave, harmless, and good character. The song narrates the same.

    Lyric goes here:

    citra: muriyada mane (1964)
    gAyana: pi sushIla
    saMgIta: vijayakRuShNamUrti

    nele illadenna
    olisikoMDa cennA
    ninna bALinA neraLe nALenA..
dhaNi ninna sEve sadA gaidu bALve /aMda/

    Meaning of the song:

    why charm(aMda) and beauty (ceMda)
    for my God (aMtaraMga daiva)
charector(guNa) is sweet like honey (jEninaMte)
matured (mAgide) mind(manasu) with sweetness (inisu)
    of mango fruit (mAvaMte)

    whole life (iDI bALve)
is not a lovely play (celuvinATavalla)
(we are) together (oMdugUDire) with fondness (olavu mUDire)
It is the holy place (puNya lOka) and my place of heaven (nAka)

    I was homeless (nele illadenna)
    Persuaded (olisikoMDa) me handsome (cenna)
I will be with you (ninna bAlina) through out my life like shadow (neraLu)
