It was ok movie to watch. Not dull enough to make me sleep, but not mindblowing enough to keep me interested throughout. Performances were good, Nithya Menon is in the limelight at moment with 2 movies released at same time and doing brisk business, which helps forgetting her awful debute in 22 Malini Palayamkottai. D. Salman already impressed me in Vaya Moodi Pesavum, in this movie he continues it. Prakash Raj acting well is nothing new, but I was impressed by Leela Samson as well.

ARR is one of my favourite MDs, and Manirathnam gets best out of ARR IMO. Songs and BGM are great. I was dissapointed with Naane Varugiren in the movie, it is such intense song and the visuals should have been more captivating.

Manirathnam proved me wrong in the movie, I didnt expect him to make a movie that shows how some of youth are in todays generation, and they are not all alike, they are individuals trying to make a living in their own without standing in shadow of their parents. I would still say Ayutha Ezhuthu is his last best movie, and he needed a hit very badly, he could have lost everything after Kadal, the greedy wolves wanted to tear him apart, atleast now they will leave him alone for a while, untill they get another opportunity...
