    in simple man's terms: what is the highest returns in terms of budget spent versus profits made on a film versus the returns? in Tamil cinema?

    In Hindi, I can easily think of 'Hum apke hain kaun?'…

    The way the market works is weird - UV should have had similar if not better success (in spite of the release confusion) - no wonder Kamal and co are surprised by the range of PN's success

    While we celebrate PN victory, lets not drag RK or his movies. I've not seen a single RK fan commenting about PN being a remake. Infact a few KH fans showed very little interest for PN early on because its a remake and then changed over in due course.
