Murugados always had that respect on Thala. In an interview, he even said that he will hold his current projects and will do a movie with Thala, if Thala calls him.

Recently Murugados said that he has a full script ready for Thala and met him 3 times for discussion post thupaki. Thala, who said yes for murugados when he was an unknown person, didn't approve the script now. You can see the disappointment in ARM's tone. Had Thala thought about the kind of market he can exploit in Andhra and Overseas through murugados, he would have said yes even without listening to the script.



But that is Thala for you, he will just go by his instinct. Having said all this, i myself not a great fan of murugados movies except for Gajini hindi version and Ramana.

if the script is not good enough for ajith, murugados can always make changes to the script until ajith agrees to that.
but it didn't happen.

i think at this point murugados doesn't need anybody.he can give hits with any actor in tamil or hindi..
he doesn't need to change any of his script for anybody.

i really really want him to do a movie with ajith in the future...but it looks like it will happen only when murugados starts to give flops..

Ajith is driven by his instincts in doing the movie which means he must be fully convinced of doing the movie not only script-wise but production-wise, budget-wise, cast-wise etc. etc.

We all know that Ajith had even shot some of the scenes for ARM Mirattal which later became Ghajini.....he had to come out of Mirattal not because of the script but because of some other issues which he wasn't convinced. And he forego his advance salary amount back to the producer. There were some other movies too which he wasn't convinced but not for script but for other various reasons.

The first most important point for any actor to be convinced is the script and then later the production house, budget, cast in whichever order etc. comes in place and Ajith follows this by his instinct.

Take the example of GVM...we were of the opinion that Ajith and GVM didn't get along well but it is not true...Ajith was always listening to the script and the work by the director...

In one of the interviews in Star Vijay or Sun TV Ajith has openly told that he will not be able to work with director Vasanth....you need to be gutsy to admit that...no other actor would admit and to criticize a senior director from KB camp like that...that is Ajith for all of us....

Valid point ! bt Thala epovume ore maathiri irukkaa maattaru..
