Did you happen to see the finals. Punjab could have pulled off the win with ease but could not. Why??

CSK will lose to Punjab, Punjab will lose to KKR, KKR will lose to CSK. Fortunes would have changed if KKR had not gone to the qualifiers directly. CSK would have thrashed KKR and MI and then moved on to beat Punjab in the final
