Movie has shades of Sillunu Oru Kaadhal, Mouna Raagam & Engeyum Eppodhum, but who cares, it's fun!

Arya, Jay, Nayanthara, Nazriya, Santhanam, Sathyan - all have done well. Even Satyaraj has done a decent job.
Special mention must be made of the cinematography and music. Well done GV Prakash! A slap in the face for Radha Ravi!

Go for it - if possible with your loved one. Grab some tissues if you are the emotional one.
Agree on gvp..bgm was really good..

a man who is surviving on his father's good name....
say aadukkalam and one of the first names that comes to mind is GV Prakash, not this ugly fellow's voice dubbing. andha poraamaiyo ennavo...

^ While I believe that Radha Ravi was out of line speaking about GVP, one can just not dub him as a guy who is just surviving on his father's name. IMHO, this guy's a solid actor and quite a good dubbing artist. I believe he would never have been given due recognition as an artist considering the constant comparisons with his father. Appdi paatha GVP got initial recognition as ARR's nephew.

I expected this Arvind, but not from you.
what has GVP got to do with this, except being a victim?
    tsk tsk tsk

NOV, I can understand your angst on GVP being targetted. GVP has had a lot of success lately and he deserves it too. I too believe Radharavi treaded the wrong line. But I have always rated him as an actor. While no patch to his legendary father, he can still hold on his own.

actually its not GVP per se that is the issue here... its Radha Ravi's personal attack that is the issue..... show's his true colors.

Radharavi is no alien to making sweeping statements like this. Long time back he targeted composers who go to foreign countries to compose tunes (Read ARR). It is entirely on the director's discretion, he forgot though.

And GVP becoming famous because he is AR's nephew, I doubt it. May be he got an entry into the industry bcoz of ARR's name but from then he is on his own.

True...He deserves every bit of the success he's getting at the moment.
