raagadevan, Jack & madhu, thanks!
All,
My internet connection is down. I will post the next song when I am connected with the world again. :(
Looks that this thread -- actually this whole portal - is on life support. When "Celebrity Tweets" remains the top thread for weeks, it can only be a symptom of how far we've fallen in our appreciation of TFM. Tragic is the word that comes to mind.

There is nobody worth "waking up" around here anymore. All the informed, thoughtful and original posters saw the light a long time ago, decided that this place was a waste of time, packed up and left. They were the wise ones, if you ask me. There used to be a time at this portal when the discussions were exciting, illuminating and inspiring. There was so much to learn about TFM - songs, ragas, back-stories, biographies, in-depth analyses of so many wonderful compositions and composers. It was a pleasure to read, think, share and participate. A good number of current posters don't even know what those four verbs really mean. The thing they say about garbage couldn't be truer: It stays. It accumulates. It rots.
That just about sums up everything that is happening here for the past few years.
Neel!
 Wow! nostalgic composition! thanks.

That was a general, paavakkaai-bitter lament. But since you mention me by name in your rejoinder, here goes:
It is absolutely true that you don't intrigue me. But your posts really, really do!
Let me explain: Whenever I come across a post with your name attached to it, I immediately hear the magical strains of Bach, Handel and Vivaldi! Sometimes it seems (to me) as if all the three baroque masters are at work in a single post! Such unbridled exuberance! You do live up to your name! Your posts are the Renaissance personified!
Oru Chinna Thiruththam: Naaz Koopudraan-aakum! :)
