How to subscribe a thread?

Hello nga RR,
Hope all is well.
Before I was able to subscribe to threads...not any more. Wonder why?
Or if some one could give a step by step instruction....it would be useful.
Was there a feature that said "subscribe thread" before?........not sure :-)
