Please state the problem clearly and use a good,informative thread title

Hi all,

As the title says, please state the problem clearly and give a detailed specs. Things to include:

* When the problem happens: on which thread, what time, etc.
* What's the error: cut&paste the complete error message if any. Best to attach a screenshot.
* What's your browser, OS (win xp/windows 7/linux)
* Is this problem repeatable? Or happens randomly?
* Have you tried from any pc/workstation, and faced the same problem?

Also use a good, specific title and avoid titles like 'problems', 'confusions',etc. You will be helping others facing similar problem(s). Thanks!
