Let all Inter-State disputes be solved with "deep understanding of each other's acute Social and Sustenance problems" and arrived with very amicable solutions "acceptable to both States" giving-in "at least partially" to each other - in respect of each other's Language, Culture, Religion, Education, Traditions, and in their Inter-State Trading, and in the use of the Natural Resources and People's Service Facilities that are common to both States and to be shared among themselves.
