You can make a healthy drink by adding milk and sugar.
You can make ragi sweet balls, or anything that you can make with roasted ragi flour.

Yeah, on googling I too got to understand that it's sprouted,roasted ragi flour... thanks K...
My doubt is- for making a ragi drink, do we have to cook it with milk n sugar or can we just mix it with hot milk n sugar and drink?... therinja sollunga K...
Raisin Oats Slice (kugan)

OATS RAISIN SLICE
Ingredients:
(A)
½ cup raisins
½ cup sugar
2 cups rolled oats
1 cup rolled oats ground into flour
¼ tsp nutmeg powder
½ tsp cinnamon powder
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
(B)
¼ cup oil
3 tbs butter
¼ cup milk
½ tsp vanilla essence
2 tbs flaxseed powder
6 tbs water
Method
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C
Grease a baking dish with little butter and keep aside.
In a large bowl, add the ingredients in (A)
Mix well and keep aside.
Mix the flaxseed powder with the 6 tbs of water.
Mix well till it becomes like sticky.
Add in the butter and mix well.
Now add this to the ingredients in the bowl.
Add in the oil , milk and the essence.
Mix everything well till blended.
Now spoon the mixture into the dish and spread evenly.
Place it in the oven and bake for about 20 minutes,
or till cooked and the top is golden brown.
Remove from the oven, cool thoroughly and slice.
Sorry the slices are not that neat.

Pomegranate Salad (kugan)
Another dish that I had in the hotel.
Simple but sweet. Kugan98
POMEGRANATE SALAD
Ingredients:
1 cup of pomegranate pearls
1 cup of sporuted moong dal
1 cup of thick beaten curds
1 green chillie chopped
1 shallot chopped
1/4 tsp pepper powder
salt to taste
little coriander leaves chopped
Method:
Mix all the ingredients gently.
Chill and serve.
