Six years of training in flute from the famous flutist of Karnataka Pt.Venkatesh Godkhindi.

Two years of training from the Indian classical music veteran Vidushi Kishori Amonkar.

All India Radio Accredited B-high grade artiste

ITC Sangeet Research Academy award for promising artists in the Hindustani music in 2002.

First place in National level AIR music competition on 2002.

In 2005 received scholarship meant for young artists from HRD Ministry, Govt. of India.

First place in National Youth festival Held at Tiruvantapuram, Kerala, in 2003 jointly organized by Nehru Yuva Kendra Sangathan and Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports, Govt. of India.
