Jamadagni was directed by Bharathiraja (i think). The best songs of that album are "Idhi Swathi Jallu" and "ela Intha" (goose bumping guitars). Rest are forgettable!

I liked the laidback singing in this song both by SPB and PS. The haunting feel of the song is what made me listen to it again and again. The guitar piece in the prelude is very pleasant along with the initial humming by SPB and PS.

4 songs of this film came in oriental collection. if my memory is correct along with oruvar vazhum aalayam CD. Since the name was not much familiar, not given importance to this.
