How many of you follow this programme?

Suhasini gives an insight into film production, not only Indian but also world cinema. Managed to catch a couple of episodes - her experiences at Cannes film festival was interesting to say the least.

Ennodu Pattu Paadungal - Jeya TV

One of the TV programmes I don’t want to miss is S.P. Balasubramanian’s “Ennodu Pattu Paadungal” telecasting in Jaya TV on Saturdays at night 8 pm. Even though it is just a song competition event, the highlight is SPB’s speech. Whenever a song is sung by a participant, he is telling information connected with that song such as his experience if he has, music director, singers and some incidences. Don’t miss EPP if you are Ilaiyaraja fan since he is telling about raaja a lot.

Kalakka povathu yaaru (champions) - Vijay TV / Asatha povathu yaaru - SUN TV

KPY was started it as a talent hunt programme for comedians /multi talented persons among public. But Sun’s APY is not that kind, former KPY champions are the contestants. Both KPY and APY rock in their ways. Humour and entertainment guaranteed.

Jodi No. 1 Season 2 - Vijay TV / Mastana Mastana - SUN TV

After tremendous success Jodi No. 1, it is nature for a sequal. The second, oh no, the third actually (because they did the second with dance masters) is telecasting now on Saturdays. But it is good to avoid this, becase Ennodu paattu paadungal is at same time. No problem Jodi No.1 S 2 will be retelecasted on Sundays (next day). Mastana Mastana is also started with good performance.

Hasini Pesum Padam - Jeya TV

When SUN TV’s thirai vimarsanam kind of things bored, Mathan’s Thirap parvai comes at Vijay TV was pleasant. But now Thraipparvai bores, this is somewhat fresh in style, but still Suhasini is following Mathan in parts.

Kofee with Anu - Vijay TV

Definitely a good interview kind of programme with friendly approach. It is sweet to watch if your favourite personality will take part. But if you don’t have interest on interviewee, you will lose interest.

Sol Vilaiyattu - Makkal TV

Wikipedia says Makkat TV offers lifestyle. Is it?. But this “Sol Vilaiyattu” definitely offers some thinking like crosswords (Tamil kurukkezhuthu). Agathiyan’ daughter Karthika is doing well in traditional tamil lady look. Also Makkal TV is telecasting some different stuffs in comaparison to usual tamil tv style.

Tamil Serials - Kolangal & Arasi - SUN, Kana Kaanum Kaalangal - Vijay

God only knows when will Kolangal end. Femals are watching this serial interestingly and male too but with blaming. When watching Radhika’s very good performance in Arasi we can feel that she shows her vast experience. Teens especialy school kids are highly interested in Kana kaanum kaalangal.:D

I dont watch serials any more, but your list is quite good.[/tscii:03dce9f34e]

Mr. Karthik, your comments are "hitting below the belt."

liking and disliking are common, but your personal attack is very unbecoming.
