Now that Dileep is committing the same mistakes as Lal he too will be out soon.And that will be a great hunt for the new comers like Jayasurya and Prithviraj.

The order should be like this (numbers from your list)- 2, 1, 4.

Just remove 3 and 5. 3 for his overactions..he still thinks it is the Shivaji age when cinema needed those exaggerated performance when ppl were just transforming from drama to cinema. even Sivaji changed his style later...but this chap still jumps for excitement..pops out eyes for sad scenes ....

and Prithvi... for his presentation of dialogues... or .. for what is he is in this list?

True that Mohanlal is a great actor.. But there is one other actors who are more versatile than lal..

Jagathy Sreekumar - Whenever he paired with Mohanlal in some comedy movies, he far outplayed Mohanlal (Kilukkam,Yodha). Since he is not having a super-star image, we tend to ignore him

mohan lal is among the greatest actors of india today. in case of versatility only kamal hasan can be compared with lal. mammootty is a great actor. but he lacks versatility.
