View Full Version : Chukku Malli Coffee, how to prepare ?

I have heard this has various health benefits, but what is the exact method of preparation ? Is it just dhania powder added to our regular drinking coffee? Can someone share the recipe ?

Chuku Malli Coffe(Corriander + Dry ginger coffe)

Coriander Seeds - 100 gms
Sukku(dry ginger powder) - 25 gms
Cardamom - 10

Slightly roast coriander seeds and cardamom
Add dry ginger fry for 2 mins in medium flame
Let it cool and powder them.

Prepare coffe with 1 cup of water and 1 teaspoon of powdered jaggery or sugar and 1 ts of prepared powder. Boil until there is a good aroma.

This can be had with or with out 1/4 cup of milk. Even with out milk this is light in color.

Very soothing during chill weather and during head pain.

Sounds like an interesting brew. Just one doubt, do I add coffee powder or not. If yes will instant coffee do?

No need to add coffe powder. Chuku malli coffe won't have coffe powder in it.
