rekhs, I am on my way. 
madhu, the CD I have says that kAlam enakkoru is from a film titled "Pournami". But I couldn't find any information on a film with that title. So, I left it as a  rather than post an unconfirmed data. May be someone somewhere knows about Pournami.

Dear Madhu,
Kaalam Enakkoru Paattezudhum song is from the film Pournami (as Neil Sir already said). I have heard it many times in Ceylon Radio but am not able to recollect other details.
Sila Nerangalil Sila Manidargalai - this song is from the film Kadhanayagan (Jai Shankar Hero). Music by R. Govardhan and I dont remember the lyricist's name. But a very beautiful song. This film has a melodious duet sung by TMS and P Susila.
